Swim/Dive Team Parent Meeting: Sunday, June 2 – 1:00 PM
Swim Team and Dive team will begin after school Tuesday, June 4th
Team Suit Sale/Fitting: June 10, 2024 – 3:30 PM
(If you can’t make it, you’ll have an option to order online).
The Penn Brook Dolphins team is comprised of swimmers of all levels. Most of our children have never been on swim team before, and usually this team is their first opportunity to try a new sport. Our only requirement is that your child pass the Penn Brook swim test, which demonstrates their ability to swim two lengths of the pool and tread water for one minute.
Penn Brook is a member of PASDA (Princeton Area Swimming and Diving Association), competing in Division I.

COST & REGISTRATION:
Swim Team Cost for members = $125
Cost for approved non-members = $250 (email nrwurtz@hotmail.com for approval)
Please submit form and payments by check made out to: Penn Brook Club (by 6/17/2023 in order to receive free team tee shirt in July). You can also bring to parent meeting on June 4th!

2024 SWIM PRACTICE SCHEDULE:
After School Practice:
June 4-7, June 10-14, June 17-18, NO PRACTICE JUNE 19 – Juneteenth
3:45-4:45 PM – older kids (6th grade and up)
4:45-5:30 PM – younger kids (5th grade and down)
Summer Practice:
11 & older: 9:30-10:30 AM
10 & under: 10:30-11:30 AM
Swimmers who miss practice in the morning due to summer camps can attend Monday/Wednesday evening practices 7-8pm
2024 SWIM MEET SCHEDULE:
Meet warmups begin at 5pm. All meets begin at 6pm.

VOLUNTEER OBLIGATION:
Parents of swim team members MUST volunteer for 2-3 swim meets, depending on size of this year’s team. Volunteer positions are detailed in the Swim and Dive Parent letter above. Buy-outs are possible for those who cannot volunteer at $75 for one meet or $150 for all. Sign ups to come.
