Welcome to Penn Brook Swim Team! Register below by June 1st. Fees are due by June 15th. (Register by June 15th to be guaranteed a team T-shirt). After you register, you will receive an invoice. Once you receive an invoice, you can pay online or make out checks to Penn Brook Swim Club and submit at the club.

By submitting this signed form, you accept the $125 swim team fee per individual for 45 minute practices and sessions and understand that there are NO REFUNDS for the swim team fees. By submitting this signed form, you agree to the additional fees that may result from not fulfilling your Parent Swim Team Responsibilities ($75 per missed meet responsibility, with a maximum of $150).
