Use this page for common Penn Brook membership tasks, including setting up your Member Splash account, submitting a membership application, and installing the Member Splash mobile app.
How do I create or complete my Member Splash account?
New and returning members use Member Splash to manage household information, membership payments, guest passes, waivers, alerts, and other pool-related updates.
To begin, visit the Penn Brook Member Splash login page.
Go to Penn Brook Member Splash
Need your username or a password reset? Please contact Penn Brook for login help before creating a new account.
After logging in, please review and complete your account information. This usually takes 5-20 minutes, depending on the number of people on your account.
You may be asked to:
- Add or update household members.
- Upload photos for each member.
- Add birth dates for each member.
- Confirm or update your billing address.
- Add an emergency contact.
- Review and agree to the required waiver.
- Add a credit card or ACH bank payment method.
- Pay your membership-related fees.
You may also have the option to purchase guest passes during checkout. Guest passes can be added later and are not required to complete registration.
How do I submit a membership application?
Prospective members should use the Penn Brook membership application form.

After submitting an application, Penn Brook will follow up with next steps. If your application is approved, you will receive instructions for creating or completing your Member Splash account.
How do I install the Member Splash mobile app?
The Member Splash mobile app is a progressive web app. That means you install it from your phone's browser rather than from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
iPhone
- Open Safari on your iPhone.
- Go to mobile.membersplash.com.
- Select New Jersey as the state.
- Search for and select Penn Brook Club.
- Log in with your Member Splash username and password.
- Tap the Share icon.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add.
Android
- Open Chrome on your Android phone.
- Go to mobile.membersplash.com.
- Select New Jersey as the state.
- Search for and select Penn Brook Club.
- Log in with your Member Splash username and password.
- Tap the three-dot menu in Chrome.
- Tap Add to Home Screen or Install App.
- Confirm the installation.
