YOUTH SWIM LESSONS
Session I: June 22-July 2 – REGISTRATION CURRENTLY FULL
Session II: July 6-16 – REGISTER HERE
Session III: July 20-30 – REGISTER HERE
Lessons run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Friday is a make-up day if a class is missed)
Time: 3:55-4:25 PM or 4:30-5:00 PM
Cost: $80 per session
Levels
- Level 1 – 3 students per group
- Recommended ages – 3-5
- Beginners
- No prerequisite
- Level 1 skills taught: entering/exiting water using steps, face in water, blowing bubbles, bobbing, back float w/ assistance, flutter kicking, kicking on back
- Level 2 – 3 students per group
- Recommended ages – 5-7
- Prerequisites: be able to do 10 bobs, float on back with little/no assistance, treading water
- Level 2 skills taught: prone/back glide streamline, back/front floating, freestyle and backstroke with little/no assistance, jumping into pool with no assistance, sitting dive
- Level 3 – 4 students per group
- Recommended ages – 7-10
- Prerequistes: be able to swim 25m of freestyle and backstroke without assistance, treading water 1 minute
- Level 3 skills taught: freestyle with side breathing, breaststroke arms/kick, butterfly arms/kick, standing dive, somersaults for flipturns, increasing endurance
PARENT/TOT SWIM LESSONS
Recommended ages: 18 months to 3 years
4 classes, held on Saturdays

Time: 11:30am-12:00pm
Classes held in shallow end of pool
Parent/Tot skills taught: getting used to the water, knowing how to exit w/ stairs, jumping to parents from side of pool, ways to hold/position child to promote skill development, songs to promote skills
Cost: $40 for all four classes
ADULT SWIM LESSONS
All ages welcome
4 classes, held on Saturdays

Beginner – 10:00-10:45am – for non-swimmers or swimmers with little knowledge or experience
Tip and Hints – 10:45-11:30am – for adults who can swim but want to improve their skills
Cost: $65 for all four classes
